Lompoc Valley Medical Center Comprehensive Care Center ( CCC) provides 24 hour skilled nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation services to the community. We have combined the finest rehabilitation teams and a sincere program of kindness in one place.

Admission Determination

Admission to the CCC is determined by:

1. CCC's ability to provide needed care to the prospective resident.
2. Validation that the prospective resident has a primary care physician with admitting privileges at Lompoc District Hospital.
3. Approval for reimbursement from the prospective resident's payer.
4. Date of receipt of the valid application.
